It Is Difficult To Dispute These Terrible Facts - But Go Ahead And Try...

* These ten poorest cities and the percentage of population that lives below the poverty level according to government statistics (U.S. Census Bureau, 2010). I have also added information on who was running things:

1. Detroit , MI 32.5% - No Republican mayor since 1961

2. Buffalo , NY 29.9% - No Republican mayor since 1954

3. Cincinnati , OH 27.8% - No Republican mayor since 1984

4. Cleveland , OH 27.0% - No Republican mayor since 1989

5. Miami , FL 26.9% - Has NEVER had a Republican mayor

6. St. Louis , MO 26.8% - No Republican mayor since 1949

7. Chicago, Ill. 26.4% - Has NEVER had a Republican mayor

8. Milwaukee , WI 26.2% - No Republican mayor since 1908

9. Philadelphia , PA 25.1% - No Republican mayor since 1952

10. Newark , NJ 24.2% - No Republican mayor since 1907

What do these top ten cities with the highest poverty rate all have in common? The people in these cities elect Democrats almost exclusively because most employees in these areas belong to strong unions, and the unions support the Democrat party.

The ENTIRE state of California is in the same boat for the same reasons.

IT IS TIME FOR INTELLIGENCE TO PREVAIL NO MATTER WHO PROTESTS - AND NO MATTER WHAT YOUR PARTY.

As a side note that may or may not help explain why one party seems incapable of producing good government for the people, in the history of our federal government the following facts are evident:

5 Representatives have been expelled (serious or criminal infractions). All 5 were Democrats

14 Senators have been expelled (serious or criminal infractions). All 14 were Democrats

21 Representatives censured (leseer infractions, mostly ethics). 16 Democrats, 5 Republicans

7 Senators have been censured. 4 were Democrats, 3 were Republican

2 Presidents have been impeached. Both were Democrats

Hey, I don't make the facts. I just dig 'em up and make them available for all to learn from.
